NEXTFLOWHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO NEXTFLOWHUB DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Before filing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes amicably. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Vietnamese law.
